A Comprehensive Process for Efficient Auction Management

Fast Auction supports every step of the auction process efficiently. Here’s how each phase unfolds :

Receiving

Transporters can send animal information before arrival, enabling immediate tracking upon unloading.

Upon arrival, Fast Auction identifies the producer and transporter and validates entries at the unloading docks. It also manages transport logistics to ensure precise tracking of movements.

Tag Reading

Fast Auction works seamlessly with or without RFID technology. You can maintain your fast-paced, efficient sale days without changing a thing. When you’re ready, traceability features are already built in.

The system connects easily to all leading livestock ID readers and equipment, so you can invest on your terms and at your own pace.

Holding Pens

Once identified, the animals are directed to holding pens.

This step groups animals by lot and prepares them for weighing before entering the auction ring.

Weighing and Sale

Weighing is done precisely with data stabilization within the software.

A sales ticket is automatically generated with the exact weight of the animal, producer information, and transaction details.

Fast Auction also allows management of sales individually or by lot.

Administrative Management

This step encompasses all administrative processes: registration, invoice and check creation, and data transmission to external organizations.

Automation helps reduce the administrative workload.

Loading and Shipping

Before departure, the system checks and validates the loading of animals after the sale.

If an unplanned animal tries to be loaded, an immediate alert is sent to prevent any errors.

Conclusion

The Fast Auction process lets you manage every step of the auction efficiently and accurately, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.
